**The Role**

International Wealth Management (IWM) is strengthening its First Line of Defence (1A) Risk function to support safe, scalable growth across a complex, multi-jurisdictional business.

As **Manager, 1A Risk Transformation** , you will play a key role in enhancing the business control environment by supporting risk monitoring, quality control testing, issue management, and control oversight activities across International Wealth Management. You will partner closely with business leaders, Compliance, Audit, and Risk teams to drive consistent risk management practices, strengthen controls, and support the evolution of a scalable and sustainable First Line of Defence risk program.
