About the Role

The role is responsible for leading and managing the end‑to‑end Agent Channel for JazzCash, covering strategic planning, execution, and optimization of agent‑led services. This includes cash‑in, cash‑out, OTC bill payments, collections, and driving mobile wallet growth through agent‑assisted acquisitions. The incumbent will play a critical role in strengthening the last‑mile delivery ecosystem, ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders, and driving digitization initiatives to enhance agent and customer experience. The position reports to the Stream Head Channel Partnerships.
