Job Description
The Manager, Responsible AI Governance will support Global Operations AI initiatives by operationalizing governance requirements into delivery workflows. You will help teams prepare evidence, documentation, and controls needed for reviews and approvals, and ensure AI solutions meet applicable risk, compliance, privacy, and ethical standards before and after production deployment.

+ **Governance operationalization:** Embed Responsible AI and model risk expectations into delivery processes; clarify requirements and timelines for teams.
+ **Evidence readiness:** Coordinate collection and quality review of required evidence (data lineage, privacy, documentation, testing results, explainability/fairness assessments, monitoring plans).
