Manager Reliability Engineering

Brief Description: 
The Laboratory Manager leads a local team of Test Engineers, Reliability Engineers, and Test Technicians in the design, construction, and execution of reliability, safety, and electromagnetic testing.   The role oversees daily activities across multiple products including three-phase uninterruptible power supplies, rack power distribution, telecommunications power equipment, static transfer switches, and other connectivity appliances.  The Lab Manager interfaces regularly with internal business partners in planning capacity and capability in test execution.
The Laboratory Manager is responsible for planning the capital and operation expenses on a yearly basis.  Likewise, they are responsible for tracking the capital and operational spend on a quarterly basis.  This role is responsible for the replacement and repairs of all lab equipment.  On a yearly basis, the Lab Manager shall plan capital expenditures for new or replacement equipment.  ...
