The Manager, Regulatory Operations is responsible for executing the Bank’s Operational Resilience Framework and ensuring the continuity of Critical Business Services during disruptions. A key part of this role includes supporting industry – led operational resilience initiatives and coordinating with country – specific regulators to meet evolving mandates. The Manager will maintain an evergreen view of critical services, processes, and supporting technology assets, ensuring resiliency requirements are embedded into design and regularly tested.
