Your new role

You will be leading a team of highly skilled colleagues and act as coach to support them in their daily job. You will in collaboration with other team leads assign/coordinate resources and ensure prioritization of Regulatory Dossier Management activities. Part of the job is to ensure the development of competencies and skills of the employees through the Individual Development Plan.
