SSM Health DePaul Hospital is seeking a **passionate RN Behavioral Health Manager** to lead two adult inpatient units (20‑bed and 22‑bed).

This role supports a **patient‑centered, recovery‑focused approach** while engaging and empowering teams across Behavioral Health.

**Schedule:**

+ Monday–Friday, Days
+ Every third weekend **on‑call** , supporting all five Behavioral Health units with event‑related leadership needs

**Requirements:**

+ Minimum **3 years of Behavioral Health experience**
+ At least **1 year of leadership experience**
