Amazon is currently looking to hire an experienced Manager - Real Estate to join the team and play a critical role in supporting all property acquisition activity across Amazon's India Network. This role will be based in Gurgaon. Regular travel will be required and this role reports to the Sr. Manager- Real Estate.

In this role you will support the India team for expanding the Dark Store network for the Quick Commerce platform being launched by Amazon. It will involve taking ownership and delivering the RE program which is crucial to rollout of the Quick Commerce Business. This encompasses the entire process from working with the local management team in defining the requirements, lease negotiations (business and legal terms), on-site surveys, comparative financial analysis of lease transaction, and project management to affect the end result.
