Job Summary

We need a Manager of Quality & Professional Practice to join our leadership team focusing on enhancing the patient experience. The role drives actions under the Quality Improvement Plan, ensures Accreditation Readiness for Spring 2027, and develops and implements a professional practice strategy. This data‑focused role supports the development, tracking, analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of quality and patient safety metrics while guiding stakeholders in evidence‑based decision making.
