Manager Quality

• Responsible for ensuring that all products sourced by the company meet the highest quality standards
• Implementing and managing robust quality control processes throughout the sourcing and manufacturing lifecycle
• Collaborate with the internal sourcing team to assess potential suppliers' capabilities & quality control systems and conduct regular supplier audits to monitor their compliance with established quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production and supply chain to identify root causes and implement corrective actions against quality related issues
• Define and oversee the inspection and testing protocols for footwear products.
• Coordinate with internal testing laboratories to ensure accurate and timely product evaluations
• Identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address them
