• Coordinate product inspections inprocess by monitoring quality levels per machine and at inspection points to generate containment, corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate the execution of the finished product audits, preparing checklist, giving follow-up to their performance and generate corrective and preventive actions
• Guarantee the 100% quality of the product
• Coordinate the Interdisciplinary Improvement Group (Operations) through periodic meetings with the improvement group, conducting root cause analysis and generating proposals
• Inspect the materials that directly affect the quality of the product based on sampling
• Conduct internal quality tools audits
• Participate in the daily and weekly PCP and quality meetings
• Generate quality indicators performance reports
• Ensure that all SOP's for process engineering are being fully complied with
