What You’ll Be Doing Support and motivate your team to meet goals. Answer questions, resolve issues, and interpret data. Motivate team leads and associates through training and tips to help them succeed in providing a quality customer experience. Create and maintain a positive work environment and acknowledge a job well done. Report to the Director of Quality Assurance. During a Typical Day Coach associates to ensure achievement of company and client goals while addressing employee‑related issues and coordinating training on new or revised information relating to services, products or processes of projects.
