About the role 

Reporting to the Manager, Compliance & Risk, the Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for driving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the directorate. Through the delivery of independent audits, compliance reviews, and quality improvement initiatives, the role ensures frontline services consistently meet the Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative requirements, and accreditation obligations.
