Position: Manager QC ( HOD ) 

Job Location: Pondicherry

Experience: Min 10 - 15 years in Quality ; with strong experience in Container Glass industry. 

Job Description:



Develop and implement the overall Quality strategy aligned with business goals.


Approval of Quality plans as per the customer requirement.


Establish and validate SOPs, work instructions, control plans and inspection standards.


Analyse and review previous day efficiency, rejection, metrology, PWA & PDI reports for necessary corrective action and improvements.


Ensure and co-ordinate with Maintenance and Operation for effective utilization of inspection machines. 


Co-ordinate with all the departments and initiate timely correction to achieve maximum efficiency.


Analyse trends of defects, customer complaints and process deviation.
