DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities : 
Specific Responsibilities : 
1.Project Management and Planning
Establish and manage Project Portfolio visibility with Product Managers and Plants to govern plan NPI Release pipeline 
Balance capacity loading to facilitate new product pipeline plan release 
Define & Develop PMO (Project Management Office)expectations in Project Scope/Schedule/Cost/Quality governance to achieve / exceed planned NPI releases KPI deliverables 
2.Lead cross-functional team
Calibrate Customer Voice and Expectations to establish charter and scope , developing plans and manufacturing strategies to meet project, program and portfolio objectives. 
Work with Group Product and Engineering Managers on BU Pipeline strategies 
Develop and streamline project workstream between global cross functional stakeholders to improve project execution
