- Conceptualise monthly + seasonal events aligned to the finalised marketing calendar and brand pillars: Food, Fashion, Art, Music (FFAM).

- Create sharp concept notes for every proposed event (theme, format, audience, intent, target participation, budget range, revenue logic).

- Ensure programming supports both: culture & brand building and Commercial goals (footfall, leasing attraction, community pull).

ARTIST RESEARCH, DATABASE & CURATION

- Research, build, update and manage a structured artist database (kids / adults / local / city-wide).

- Categorise artists by:

Genre (music, art, theatre, dance, comedy, workshops etc.) Audience relevance (family, youth, premium, niche) Availability, past reviews/performance quality

- Finalise artists after internal approval and coordinate: commercials and confirmations; contracts and rider requirement...
