Snapshot Of The Role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Production Manager to lead the setup, commissioning, and day‑to‑day operations of a new Frankfurter plant in Tawau, Sabah. This is a key leadership role for a hands‑on professional with strong food manufacturing experience, operational discipline, and a passion for building efficient production systems from the ground up.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full production function, ensuring product quality, food safety compliance, production efficiency, cost control, and team performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and has experience in processed food, meat, poultry, sausage, or ready‑to‑eat food production.
