Manager Production Scheduling

**1. Production Planning & Scheduling**

+ Prepare weekly and monthly production plans based on demand forecasts, sales orders, and demand targets.
+ Convert rolling plans into workable daily/weekly production line scheduling.
+ Align planning with machine capacity, manpower availability, and changeover time.
+ Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse to ensure schedule adherence.

**2. Material Requirement Planning (MRP)**

+ Run MRP to calculate raw material (RM), packaging material (PM),
+ Release PRs/indent requests to procurement based on lead times and stock levels.
+ Track supplier deliveries and escalate delays or shortages.

**3. Inventory Management**

+ Maintain optimal inventory levels of RM/PM/WIP/FG to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
+ Monitor slow-moving, near-expiry, and non-moving inventory and take corrective actions.

**4. Coordination & Communication**
