As a direct custodian, the team is responsible for efficient and timely broadcast of corporate events to clients, processing of instructions, computing entitlements and processing corporate event payments. Commonly processed events include, but are not limited to, cash dividend, bonus shares, rights issues, proxy meetings, takeover, merger, interest, redemption and conversion, to name a few.
