Manager, Privacy

Position Overview

The Manager, Privacy will support the Chief Privacy Officer in providing strategic privacy guidance across the organization and oversee a Privacy Specialist. This role requires profound knowledge of international privacy and data protection laws, strong analytical and research capabilities, compliance expertise, record retention knowledge, and proactive risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Privacy Officer in the development, implementation, and ongoing management of Holt Renfrew’s privacy and anti‑spam compliance programs.
• Provide mentorship and direct management to a Privacy Specialist.
• Provide strategic privacy guidance across the organization and oversee the work of a Privacy Specialist.
• Lead and operationalize Privacy by Design principles across business initiatives, systems, and processes.
