Manager, Pre-Construction & Delivery

Position Summary

The Manager, Pre‑Construction & Delivery is responsible for the full delivery lifecycle of precast concrete projects at York Precast—from early estimating and pre‑construction through to site installation and project closeout. The Manager is accountable for ensuring that projects are accurately estimated, bid, coordinated, and technically prepared; that all documentation and procurement are aligned with production schedules; and that finished products are transported and installed safely, on time, and to specification.

As a key member of the startup leadership team, this role carries meaningful responsibility for building the systems, processes, and workflows that will underpin York Precast’s pre‑construction and delivery functions.
