Manager Post Production Material Management

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tender process including advertisements, approvals, bid submission, and coordination with Procurement.
• Conduct tender opening ceremonials and ensure transparent documentation of bidding activities.
• Prepare vehicle plans and coordinate with buyers for scheduling, planning, and advance payment.
• Manage buyer visit approvals, gate entries, and on-site visit coordination as per process.
• Process buyer payments, maintain records, and coordinate with Finance for reconciliation.
• Maintain bid, payment, and operational data in Excel/ERP with accurate updates and reporting.
• Identify new buyers and conduct meetings with buyers, waste stores, and management for business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply chain or a relevant field.
• 10-12 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
