We generate business insights and manage cross-functional projects to support growth across Mobility, Deliveries (GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabExpress), and Groceries (Jaya Grocer, Everrise).

The Manager, Platform Systems & Operations Integration will design, integrate, and optimise the technical systems behind our end-to-end e-commerce operations. This cross-functional role bridges Product, Tech, Operations, and Strategy, translating operational requirements into scalable system builds, automation, and analytics.

You will report to the Head, Loyalty & Digital Retail Strategy will be working onsite in Petaling Jaya.
