Manager - Placements

The Placement Manager/Officer will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to student placements, including internships and full-time employment. The role involves building relationships with industry partners, organizing campus recruitment drives, and providing career guidance to students. The Placement Manager/Officer will work closely with students, faculty, and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth placement process and high employment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Employer Engagement & Relationship Building :
Develop and maintain relationships with companies, industries, and organizations for campus recruitment.
Regularly engage with recruiters to understand their talent needs and customize placement initiatives accordingly.
