Overview
This role is responsible for the end-to-end execution and support of development initiatives that contribute to the strategic enhancement of the
digital banking platform
(Internet and Mobile Banking) and product enablement. The Manager will lead projects from planning through development, implementation, and post-production support, ensuring all deliverables are met within stipulated Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This requires strong business interpretation, technical liaison, and risk management.
