Publicis Media – Starcom is looking for a Performance Marketing professional with hands-on expertise in executing and optimizing **Google Ads** and **Meta Ads** campaigns, along with a strong understanding of **brand marketing objectives** . The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and business outcomes for leading brands.

Key Responsibilities

+ Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across **Google Ads** (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and **Meta Ads** (Facebook & Instagram).
+ Develop media strategies aligned with branding and marketing objectives, including awareness, reach, engagement, video views, and traffic.
+ Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and ad scheduling.
+ Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on KPIs such as CPM, CPC, CTR, VTR, Reach, Freque...
