Position Overview:
Brainware University invites applications for Manager – Performance Management under the Performance Appraisal & Career Advancement (PACA) wing. This role drives the University’s employee Scorecard system , ensuring individual performance aligns with institutional goals, and manages annual reviews and promotions under the Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) .
Role Highlights:
Own and strengthen an end-to-end Performance Management + Career Advancement ecosystem
Work closely with academic and non-academic leadership on PBAS, CAS processes, and KPI governance
Lead a dedicated team supporting appraisal analytics, documentation, and institutional metrics
Key Responsibilities:
