Manager Pension Strategy and Compliance

Responsible for the strategic direction, administration, and compliance of Canada Post’s pension programs, including both Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) plans. Leads the development of pension policies, programs and strategies while staying current with legislative changes and industry best practices. Acts as key liaison with internal stakeholders, third‑party administrators, actuaries, legal advisors, and auditors.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for the administration and compliance of the pension programs, serving as central liaison between DB and DC Pension Managers.
