ACA / ACMA with minimum 8 years post-qualification relevant experience
OR
MBA (Finance) with minimum 10 years post-qualification relevant experience
Experience Requirements:
Hands-on experience in independent pension administration
Strong understanding of pension regulations, compliance, and governance
Experience in:
Managing pension schemes
Employee benefits administration
Large-scale HR operations
Experience preferably gained in:
Private sector organizations with annual turnover above Rs. 5 Billion
Public sector organizations or statutory bodies with assets above Rs. 5 Billion
Proficiency in ERP systems, pension administration software, and data analysis tools
Experience in liaison with members, trustees, advisors, and sponsoring employers
