The role

As the P&C Services Manager, you will be responsible for the establishment and ongoing development of this function at Adbri and will oversee the delivery of core HR transactional services and ensure the smooth operation of our people systems and processes. This role and team is central to enabling a seamless employee and leader experience across the people cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end support for recruitment, onboarding, learning, remuneration, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Lead the team responsible for the Dayforce HCM, including workforce management (WFM) support to operational teams, and coordinate with Centres of Excellence and Payroll to ensure system integration and data accuracy.
