POSITION SUMMARY

The Payroll Manager – Malaysia reports to the Global Payroll Director and leads end‑to‑end payroll operations for roughly 2,000 manufacturing employees based in Penang. The role ensures payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements, company policies and global payroll standards.

The Payroll Manager coaches and develops a local payroll team, oversees payroll systems and vendor partnerships, and acts as the principal contact for all payroll‑related matters in Malaysia. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, sound judgment and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with complex pay structures, shift arrangements and regulatory requirements.
