Manager,
Payroll leads a team responsible for accurate, timely, and compliant payroll
operations across multiple complex payroll areas, including Expat, Ground,
Flight Attendant, Pension and Benefit, GL Reconciliation and Reporting, Tax,
and Garnishment processing. This role oversees daily payroll execution,
resolves escalated issues, strengthens controls, and drives process
improvements that support operational excellence and a strong employee
experience. The ideal candidate brings deep payroll knowledge, strong people
leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively across a
complex, fast-paced environment. The successful
candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high-speed internet connection
and safe working environment in the event this role is required to be performed
remotely.
