Job Responsibilities

• Recruit new merchant, specifically key accounts.
• Work closely with stakeholders across departments to drive business opportunity.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with respect to merchant acquiring services.
• Perform evaluation, financial analysis, and recommendation on merchant business or projects.
• Conduct sales and service support for existing merchants.
• Handle merchant inquiries and resolve problems and request (e.g. payment, machine, Merchant Discount Rate & etc.).
• Encourage merchant to drive terminal activity.
• Provide support to branches for merchant business related enquiries.
• Participate in strong teamwork and working relationship with colleagues at all times.
• To comply with all relevant guidelines and statutory requirement.
