Manager - Partnership and Alliance

Primary Responsibility Partnership Growth: Identify potential FinTech/NBFC partners, initiate relationships with key stakeholders, and pitch RCPL’s value proposition. Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of RCPL’s product suite and articulate these solutions to partner management. Commercials & Approvals: Calculate returns (ROI) for proposed relationships, close commercials, and prepare formal proposals for committee approval. Documentation: Handle the end-to-end process of preparing Term Sheets, finalizing negotiations, and executing legal agreements. Implementation: Design SOPs and lead implementation meetings to ensure effective TAT (Turnaround Time) management. Project Handholding: Provide initial support during the rollout phase and ensure a seamless handover to routine business departments post-stabilization.
