We are looking for an experienced Manager – Painting to lead and manage painting and surface protection activities for Oil & Gas projects. The candidate must have extensive experience in industrial painting, coating systems, manpower management, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete painting and coating operations for Oil & Gas projects

• Plan, schedule, and monitor painting activities as per project timelines

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations

• Supervise site teams including engineers, inspectors, and chargehands

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and QA/QC teams

• Ensure proper surface preparation and coating application as per standards

• Monitor productivity, manpower allocation, and material consumption
