Manager - Operations (Events)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality services at competitive prices.
• Prepare event costing and budgets under senior supervision.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth event execution.
• Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, staffing, transportation, and supplier timelines.
• Assist in venue research, vendor contracting, and operational planning.
• Maintain vendor relationships and monitor service quality.
• Stay updated on event industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in Events operation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
