Manager - Operations & Business Development

We are seeking a driven and experienced Operations and Business Development Manager to oversee day-to-day operational functions while simultaneously identifying and pursuing new business growth opportunities. This is a fully onsite role requiring regular, in-person presence at our office and customer site. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset — someone equally comfortable optimizing internal processes as they are building external partnerships and driving revenue growth.
