Manager, Operational Risk

Arc’teryx is seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to fill our new Manager, Operational Risk position. In this role you will lead work that identifies, quantifies, strategizes, and executes solutions to mitigate risks to our business. Whether it’s abuse of our policies (internal or external), organizational threats, bypassing of controls or other transactional or brand impacting actions, you will provide the expertise and organizational leadership that navigates us through these events.

To be successful in this role you’ll need a deep understanding of global business, from ground level transactional data up to macro economic and societal trends. You’ll leverage your understanding to advise on strategy, update policies and implement new tools and techniques, to mitigate risks in supporting the growth of our business.
