Manager, Operational Resilience – Technology and Data Resilience

What you'll do:

Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and supporting resilience documentation for Canadian operations, ensuring plans are usable, current, and aligned to business needs. Identify and maintain critical and/or important business services, processes, and end-to-end dependencies, with specific focus on technology services, applications, infrastructure/platform components, data dependencies, and third‑party technology providers. Lead and/or support Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) and related recovery requirement discussions to define recovery needs and prioritization. Partner with IT Disaster Recovery and technology teams to align recovery strategies and procedures to business resilience requirements. Identify risks to service delivery (e.g., technology outages, cyber incidents, data integrity/availability issues, third‑party failures, location impacts) and define mitigation and recovery actions with accountable owners.
