The Manager is responsible for workforce planning, staff development and evaluations, quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and performance monitoring through data collection and analysis. Working closely with healthcare professionals, physicians, and community partners, the Manager promotes clinical excellence, staff education, patient and family satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the Surgical/Oncology units.
