Position
The Manager of Support Services is responsible for the effective planning, organization and operation of banking system services and help desk support across the organization.
Oversee project coordination, resource management, supervision of help desk staff, and communication with executives, department managers and end users.
Responsible for banking system (including ancillary products and systems) and digital banking support, as well as identifying, selecting, and deploying the appropriate resources that will support corporate goals and objectives.
This is a full‑time, permanent position with a hybrid work arrangement based on role requirements and business needs.
Person
- Minimum 5 years of direct work experience in banking system management
- Advanced overall knowledge of banking system and ancillary products
- Advanced knowledge of credit union operations required
