Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of the learning operations team
• Serve as subject-matter expert on learning systems
• Maintain and execute multi-year Learning Ecosystem strategy
• Coordinate learning system integrations with analytics
• Regularly audit learning datasets for accuracy
Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary education in related fields
• Minimum 3 years in a learning technology role
• At least 2 years of experience managing teams
