Manager of Engineering and Projects

The Manager of Engineering and Projects reports to Ontario’s General Manager and manages all activities related to the Engineering & Projects team. He also plays a key role in collaborating with other design groups located in Boisbriand and Jonquiere in Quebec.

What you’ll do:

• Lead project execution from the design phase through installation for major energy producers in Canada.
• Plan, organize, structure and evaluate the activities of the Mechanical Engineering team (8 team members).
• Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and ensure compliance with the standards and regulations.
• Oversee project financial performance by conducting monthly reviews of the orders book, budget indicators, margins and operating costs, while ensuring projects are delivered within allocated budgets.
• Coach, evaluate, supervise and coordinate the team.
