This individual will lead desktop engineering and application delivery efforts, ensuring a high-performance, modern desktop experience for attorneys and business professionals across the firm.

Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of desktop engineers and application analysts, driving technical excellence and service accountability
• Own the desktop and application strategy with a focus on Microsoft 365, modern endpoint management, and user experience optimization
• Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise and legal applications, including packaging, testing, deployment, upgrades, and decommissioning
• Serve as the Level 3 escalation owner, performing root cause analysis and driving permanent resolution of complex issues
