Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE


The Manager, ODM & JDM Management leads end-to-end business engagement for Peloton’s global hardware manufacturing partners. This role collaborates closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, and Quality teams to ensure scalable, high-quality, and cost-effective production across Peloton’s hardware portfolio.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external ODM/JDM partners, owning material readiness, supplier performance, cost optimization, and commercial execution. This role is central to driving manufacturing readiness, delivery reliability, and continuous cost and operational improvement.
