This role is responsible for leading the Authority’s network and infrastructure strategy, ensuring technology capabilities are aligned with business directions and future initiatives. The postholder will oversee the planning and delivery of infrastructure improvements, conduct network audits and regular risk assessments, and recommend practical solutions to strengthen service reliability, security and operational resilience.
