Within our regional Project Management Office (PMO) for the Mediterranean (MED), this role sits at the intersection of quality assurance and financial performance. This position has a fully regional scope covering all countries within the MED business unit, making it a key role for aligning quality, cost recovery, and project success across diverse international teams.
What You Will Do
Lead a Multicultural Team: Manage, mentor, and develop a geographically dispersed team of 5–6 professionals across the Mediterranean region.
Oversee the Claims Lifecycle: Supervise all product notifications and non-conformances (NCRs) during project execution. Perform root cause analysis and implement immediate actions to recover costs and avoid extra expenses.
