Manager Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

You are the part of the global deal team of Philips M&A is comprised of ~15 specialists and is responsible for advisory on and the entire execution process of different types of deals (buy-side and sell-side, joint ventures, large, midsize and smaller deals). You will be part of the team in Amsterdam (~5 people) where you will be working hand-in-hand with the integration and disentanglement teams. This role will directly support the M&A project managers and directors, working in small deal team environments, to ensure successful execution of inorganic transactions.
**Your responsibilities:**
+ Directly supporting the M&A team to identify, prioritize and execute M&A and business development transactions from start to finish
+ Developing complex valuation and financial analyses (DCF, market multiples assessment, impact to Philips financials, etc.)
