**Roles & Responsibilities:**

+ To ensure Reliability of Tire Building Equipment's through **PM** , **PdM** and **breakdown maintenance** activities by implementing **GPS - RE methodology.**
+ Responsible for **driving a crew of mechanical technician, Asst Manager Mechanical, Senior Officer Mechanical.**
+ Analysis of shift breakdown through **why and RCFA.**
+ Implementation of good Countermeasures on breakdown.
+ **Shift management** of mechanical team.
+ Able to achieve reliability goals by improvement in **MTTR & MTBF.**
+ Coordination within the Business Center with production and quality team to achieve plant's goal.
+ **Identity obsolete equipment's parts and its plan to upgrade.**
+ Repeated issues analysis and improvement activitiesResponsible for waste controls, spare parts management & engineering cost control.
+ Carry out **planned maintenance and predictive maintenance** activities.
