Manager - Martech & Channel Modernization

Responsibilities:

• Channel Optimization and Performance
• Evaluate performance across channels to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Use data and insights to recommend changes to channel strategy, execution, and investment.
• Support continuous optimization through testing, measurement, and iteration.
• Experience working with the Adobe suite of products, marketing automation platforms, and Salesforce.
• Use Case Development and Progression
• Write clear, structured use cases that define the problem, objective, value, and requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to refine use cases and ensure shared understanding.
• Standardize how use cases are documented, evaluated, and prioritized.
• Actively shepherds use cases forward by coordinating with the appropriate teams, forums, and decision makers.
• Track progress, surface risks or blockers, and keep initiatives moving toward execution.
